The news of Kang Minhyuk having a meeting with the ‘High Kick 3′ producers has been receiving much interest, but it has been made known that the plan finally has fallen through.
Earlier this year, Kang Minhyuk was offered a casting opportunity by the producers for a role in ‘High Kick 3′, which is planned for broadcast in the second half of the year, and it received much interest.
But with Kang Minhyuk’s involvement in MBC mini series ‘You’ve Fallen for Me,’ and CNBLUE’s Asia tour plan in the second half of the year, plus year-end performance schedules, it will be hard to organize all the scheduled, so ‘High Kick 3′ has to be dropped.
A representative from Kang Minhyuk’s agency FNC music stated, “Because of CNBLUE’s activity schedule, Kang Minhyuk is in a very busy condition. ‘High Kick 3′ Kim Byeong Wook PD really likes Minhyuk, but because he will need to film everyday for a sitcom, it will be hard to organize his schedule. It is a pity that we have to drop the offer.”
Meanwhile, Kang Minhyuk will soon start filming for a new MBC Wed-Thurs drama, ‘You’ve Fallen for Me’, that is scheduled to be aired after “The Greatest Love” (currently airing). He has been receiving never-ending love calls after his appearance in the SBS drama ‘It’s Okay, Daddy’s Girl’ and also the movie ‘Acoustic’.
